About you:
You will take ownership of a group of clients and guide them through every step of their journey with us. You will help them get set up, answer their questions and make sure they get the most value from our software. You will do this through email, phone and meetings. You can make a real impact by helping your clients grow and succeed. You will sit at the heart of our Customer Support team and play a key part in building strong relationships and supporting client retention.
Day to day, you will:
• Be the main point of contact for your clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Resolve queries, provide clear guidance and handle challenges with care.
• Lead onboarding for new clients, including delivering engaging software training on video calls.
• Keep organised notes, track client progress and support renewals and opportunities for growth.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in customer support, client success or customer service.
• Experience in business‑to‑business service or sales.
• Confidence using software and an interest in learning new systems.
• Experience with software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) products or IT and CRM systems.
