About you

You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact.
You bring strong project and programme leadership experience, and you’re confident working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
You care about building great relationships and delivering outcomes that create genuine business value.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Work with our Global Operations team to scope and deliver projects that create real value.
  • Lead multiple projects at once, developing clear plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged through regular meetings and communication, ensuring progress is clear and agreed across teams.
  • Oversee project governance, look for ways to improve processes, and make sure delivery aligns with our strategy and standards.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience delivering complex technology or internal transformation programmes; Experience in PMO or large, matrixed organizations.
  • A background in working with cross‑functional global teams or in large matrixed organizations; 3+ years of experience in transition and transformation project management in commercial businesses and ideal involving scale up or migration of teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology, infrastructure, or digital delivery.
