About you:
You enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment and you like finding new ways to support customers and grow accounts. You build strong relationships and you feel confident talking to people at all levels. You stay organised, you know when to ask for help, and you enjoy learning about different products so you can have helpful conversations with customers. You like being part of a team and you bring a positive, curious approach to your work.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Build strong customer relationships, understanding their plans and helping them spot opportunities for growth.
• Lead customer conversations, including hosting meetings, presenting ideas and supporting your teammates when needed.
• Follow each sale through to a smooth handover, working closely with the projects team.
• Look after your customer accounts, running regular reviews and making sure customers stay satisfied and supported.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in selling software digitally and feeling comfortable in a busy, growing environment.
• An understanding of how different businesses work and what they might need from their software.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
• The ability to explain ideas clearly and persuasively.
