You’re an experienced and creative social media professional who enjoys building a clear and consistent brand presence. You’re curious and hands on, and you like working with others to bring campaigns to life. You feel confident managing different stakeholders, shaping social strategy and supporting people across the business to use social media well. You keep things organised, understand how to maintain governance across many channels and balance creativity with structure.
- Own our social media channels and content calendar, creating and publishing posts across the Group and collaborating with teams to curate and share key updates that support our brand goals.
- Lead the organic social media strategy across the group, owning the Social Media Playbook, chairing the Champions network, driving best practice and governance standards, and reporting on performance.
- Own the supplier relationship with Hootsuite, our social media management platform, including licence management, employee advocacy programme oversight and ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Lead community management, responding to comments and queries in a timely and brand‑aligned way.
- Experience managing multichannel social media strategies in a business‑to‑business environment.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with confidence using Canva and basic video editing.
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across different teams or regions.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and an interest in using artificial intelligence tools like Copilot to improve efficiency.
