- Own divisional financial reporting, including profit and loss, key performance indicators and clear commentary on what’s driving performance.
- Build analysis and financial models that explain trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions.
- Support forecasting and budgeting by working with teams across sales, marketing and product to create accurate and realistic plans.
- Improve how we use data by strengthening reporting processes, ensuring data quality and helping move towards more scalable, system‑based solutions.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting and working with large data sets.
- Confidence using financial models, spreadsheets and reporting tools to turn complex data into clear insight.
- Experience working with non‑finance stakeholders and explaining financial information in a simple, practical way.
- Familiarity with business systems or tools such as customer relationship management platforms or data visualisation software.
