About you:
You enjoy building long‑term relationships and being the person customers trust to help them get real value from their software. You like joining the dots between what customers need and how solutions can support their goals. You’re confident having senior‑level conversations, comfortable using data to tell a clear story, and motivated by helping customers grow while making sure they feel supported. At Access, we’ll support you to take ownership, think strategically and make a real impact for our Hospitality customers.
Day to day, you will:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Hospitality customers, acting as their main point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Help customers adopt the right solutions and see clear value, working closely with Customer Success Managers and Service Account Managers to manage health and risk.
  • Lead renewals, retention and growth conversations, spotting opportunities to expand use of Access solutions where they add genuine value.
  • Bring internal teams together across product, support and operations to deliver a joined‑up and positive Elevate experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience in strategic account management, customer success or a similar role within a software or subscription business.
  • Confidence working with commercial data, forecasts and business cases to support customer and internal decisions.
  • An understanding of Hospitality systems and how technology supports day‑to‑day operations and guest experience.
  • The ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear way to both customers and internal teams.
