About you:

You’re a collaborative professional with a passion for driving customer success and creating long-term value. You know how to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You’re organised, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, driving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and customer advocacy
  • Build strong partnerships as the key point of contact, deliver premier plan services including quarterly business reviews, and maintain customer success plans aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor customer health metrics and adoption trends to predict renewal risks, engage proactively to mitigate churn, and act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product and service improvements
  • Foster customer advocacy by identifying champions, securing case studies, and encouraging participation in advisory boards and industry events

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proven experience managing strategic, high-value customer relationships, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
