- Configure and implement Coins ERP for customers, including running workshops across core modules such as finance, contracts, purchasing and valuations.
- Lead system walkthroughs and requirement‑gathering sessions, mapping customer processes and Coins coding to real business needs.
- Train end users through clear, practical sessions, including webinars and seminars, and work closely with internal technical teams.
- Feed customer insights back into the product, spotting opportunities to improve how Coins works in the real world.
- Experience in quantity surveying or accounting within the construction sector, with a solid grasp of basic to intermediate bookkeeping.
- A good understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, testing, training and go‑live support.
- Confidence working with financial data, such as trial balances and financial statements, and explaining them clearly to non‑technical users.
- An interest in data and reporting, including report writing, data loading and working with databases, document management or OCR tools.
