About you:

In this Premier Customer Success Manager role, you’ll enjoy helping customers get real value from the software they use every day. You’re naturally customer-centric and curious about how technology can make work simpler and more effective. You build strong, trusted relationships and feel comfortable working with everyone from day-to-day users through to senior leaders. You’re commercially aware, solution focused and confident, showing customers how Access software supports their goals, while also being a clear voice for your customers inside Access.

This role is a fixed term position through to the end of February 2027.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Look after a portfolio of key customers, making sure they’re getting value from their Access solutions and meeting their contract commitments, including Customer Success Plans (CSP’s).
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior leaders, and act as their advisor on best practice, product roadmap and adoption.
  • Spot risks and opportunities early, manage churn, renewals and retention and work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Run regular reviews, reports, help facilitate workshops and webinars to track progress, gather feedback such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account-focused roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Confidence analysing product usage data and turning insights into clear actions for customers and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to have constructive conversations about renewals and expansion and value.
  • Experience presenting to customers, including running meetings, reviews or webinars, and handling challenging conversations calmly and professionally.
