About you:
You are a member of a focused, specialist team providing support and expertise to execute the Paid Media. A hands-on specialist of Google Paid Search, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and GDN advertising.
On a daily basis, you will work collaboratively with the ERP Core Marketing Team to create and capture demand using a variety of digital channels.
You will be responsible for delivering paid digital MQL’s within budget and channel CAC. You must be a team player who looks to solve problems and enjoys finding solutions to get the job done in a fast & agile environment.
Day-to-day activities:
The Paid Exec role will be responsible for the management and optimisation of the ERP Core digital channels.
Manage the implementation and optimisation of our digital channel performance including Paid Search, LinkedIn and Demandbase ABM display ads.
Identify and test new digital lead gen opportunities to increase the volume of MQL’s (and sales).
Ownership of paid digital performance and ongoing optimisation to improve conversion.
Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on digital channel and campaign performance to measure and optimise ROI and CAC.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
High level of curiosity and innovative thinking: demonstrates a passion for Digital and experience across multiple channels - previous experience in Paid Media roles is a must.
A deep understanding and experience in digital lead generation and conversion rate optimisation & hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn.
Analytical thinker with experience in campaign reporting, A/B testing design and analysis.
Can demonstrate skills and experience required to build productive cross-functional relationships and collaborate to identify growth opportunities while being action-oriented.
