- Produce clear and meaningful financial reporting, including profit and loss, key performance indicators (KPIs), and simple explanations of what’s changed and why.
- Build and review forecasts and budgets, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to make sure plans are realistic and well understood.
- Analyse financial and non‑financial data to spot risks and opportunities, and share practical recommendations with stakeholders.
- Improve reporting processes and data quality, helping to standardise ways of working with Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and working with large data sets.
- Confidence using tools like Excel and financial models to explain performance and support decisions.
- Exposure to reporting or analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, or similar systems.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non‑finance teams.
