About you:
You’re curious, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being creative, working with people, and bringing ideas to life through communications and events.
You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, open to feedback, and ready to build your skills in employee engagement and internal communications.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Support employee experience initiatives across the APAC region
- Assist in creating engaging internal communications (emails, newsletters, campaigns)
- Help coordinate employee events such as all-hands, Kick-Offs, and culture moments
- Work with the team to plan and schedule communications aligned with global activities
- Help manage internal communications channels and keep content fresh and engaging
- Support the creation of content for internal newsletters and digital platforms
- Assist in gathering insights and feedback to improve communications and engagement
- Work with different teams and stakeholders, learning how to collaborate effectively
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- A strong interest in communications, events, or employee experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and a willingness to try new ideas
- Basic experience or interest in design tools (e.g. Canva) or content creation
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
- A positive, energetic mindset and team spirit
