About you:
You’re someone who’s excited by building great products and curious about how technology, including artificial intelligence, can make everyday work better. You enjoy getting close to customers, understanding their challenges, and helping turn real problems into useful solutions.
You’re ready to grow your product career in a supportive environment, learning from experienced Product Managers while making a genuine impact. You like working with people from different teams and feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions and learning as you go. An interest in hospitality, whether from working in the sector or supporting it, really motivates you.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
• Work with Product Managers to shape product plans, priorities and roadmaps, making sure decisions are grounded in real customer needs.
• Turn ideas into clear product backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria, using simple language that works for engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Spend time understanding customers through conversations, feedback and data, and bring those insights into product discussions.
• Support product launches by helping create sales, demo and onboarding materials so customers see value quickly.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in a product‑adjacent role such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Customer Success or a similar customer‑focused position.
• Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, to support research, documentation or day‑to‑day tasks.
• An understanding of hospitality operations, or a strong interest in learning how hospitality businesses work.
• Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders, explaining ideas clearly and adapting your approach when needed.
