About you:

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
You combine commercial acumen with excellent communication skills to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts. You are confident using CRM tools like Salesforce and Clari to stay organized and drive results, and you bring a collaborative mindset to work closely with internal teams.
Analytical and adaptable, you enjoy identifying opportunities and supporting clients throughout their journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.


Day-to-day, you will:

  • Account Management & Engagement: Service and nurture existing accounts, maintain proactive client engagement to generate opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction through pre-sale and onboarding support.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Selling: Identify and engage internal Account Managers to co-create cross-selling opportunities and work closely with the team to improve product knowledge.

  • Sales Operations & Campaigns: Own sales administration using Salesforce and Clari for pipeline management, run targeted campaigns to generate leads and revenue, and handle queries and complaints professionally.

  • Sales Methodology & Service Management: Apply MEDDPIC or similar methodology for qualification and deal management, and take a proactive approach to ongoing service management.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Sales & Revenue Expertise: Understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription-based services, and experience selling to SMEs and mid-market customers.

  • Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Clari).

  • Technical Knowledge: A willingness to improve technical understanding. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data security solutions would be nice to have (not a must).

  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
