About the role:
As a Learning Services Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth delivery and administration of our Learning Services offerings for our customers and internal teams.
Working within the Learning Services team, you will ill be the primary contact for Customer support to access their eLearning training, troubleshoot issues and answer queries. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Learning Management System and associated databases. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in learning and development operations.

Day to Day You Will:

Training Administration & Scheduling

  • Manage requests, bookings, and course setup via Salesforce and booking systems

  • Create schedules, course codes, and maintain training visibility/settings

  • Ensure timely training provisioning (24–48hr SLA)

  • Update course materials and manage confirmations

  • Produce activity reports and maintain documentation

eLearning & LMS Management

  • Provision eLearning content across LMS platforms

  • Manage learner access and issue completion certificates

Delivery Support

  • Support webinars (setup, live delivery, post-session)

  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and respond to queries within SLA

  • Generate attendance reports and manage file sharing

Finance & Compliance

  • Process bookings, invoices, credit notes, and POs

  • Support revenue tracking, reporting, and compliance submissions

  • Track costs and maintain financial records

Reporting & Insights

  • Support training forecasts and reporting (e.g., no-shows, CSAT)

  • Manage learner communications and feedback surveys

  • Maintain revenue and performance metrics

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment, ideally within payroll, HR, or workforce management.

  • A track record of acting as a voice of the customer — translating real-world user experiences into actionable product or process improvements.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple learning engagements simultaneously.
