About You:
You are organised, analytical, and energised by making things work better. You understand that great marketing depends on clean data, reliable systems, and well-built processes, and you take satisfaction in being the person who keeps all of that in good order. You are comfortable working across multiple products and teams, supporting campaign owners with the infrastructure they need to execute well. At Access, you will play a key role in the marketing operations function supporting our Small Business Division, across Unleashed, Tradify, and Prospectsoft CRM.
Day to day, you will:
- Data Ownership & Governance: Own the accuracy, completeness, and usability of marketing data across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools, ensuring high-quality inputs for campaigns and reporting.
- Systems & Automation Support: Help manage marketing tech stack connections and support the optimisation of workflows including lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and nurture flows.
- Campaign Infrastructure: Partner with campaign owners to ensure the right infrastructure is in place, including segments, forms, tracking, and lead flow, so campaigns can execute efficiently and at scale.
- Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards, delivering regular insights on funnel health, campaign performance, and lead quality to support data-driven decisions.
- Process Documentation: Identify inefficiencies and document clear, repeatable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and cross-team clarity.
- Marketing-Sales Alignment: Work with sales ops to support consistent lead definitions, SLAs, and clean handoffs from marketing to sales.
- AI & Emerging Tools: Explore and apply AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of marketing operations work, from data enrichment to workflow automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships across sales, product, and marketing teams within the SBD cluster and the broader Access network.
Your skills and experience might also include:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing operations, campaign operations, or related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or software.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or similar, and comfort building reports and dashboards.
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach to data quality, naming conventions, UTM standards, and attribution.
- Experience supporting lead management processes including routing, scoring, and MQL to SQL conversion tracking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities without dropping the ball.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
What success looks like:
In the first 90 days, you will have a clear understanding of the tech stack, data landscape, and key processes across the SBD cluster. You will have built working relationships with campaign owners and sales ops, and contributed to at least one reporting or process improvement initiative.
