About you:
You enjoy helping people learn new systems and feel confident using technology in their day-to-day roles. Whether you're supporting a hotel manager, receptionist or housekeeping team member, you're able to adapt your communication style to suit your audience and make complex information easy to understand.
You build strong relationships naturally and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience. You're organised, patient and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to help customers get the best from their software. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider project team, you're happy spending time onsite with customers and enjoy seeing an implementation through from training to successful go-live.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on the Guestline Property Management System (PMS), predominantly onsite during customer implementations, with occasional remote training. You’ll tailor your approach to a wide range of users, including reception, housekeeping, reservations, events, accounts and management teams.
- Configure Guestline solutions, including GuestStay, GuestPay and GuestVoucher, to meet customer requirements and support successful implementations.
- Work closely with customers, project managers, internal teams and third-party providers to test, validate and prepare systems for go-live, including integrations with distribution, electronic point of sale (EPOS) and restaurant booking systems.
- Partake in customer demonstrations and adhoc training session delivery on the system.
- Provide expert guidance, demonstrations and ongoing support to help customers onboard successfully and get the best value from their Access Hospitality solutions.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience working with hotel property management systems such as Guestline PMS, OPERA, Mews, Agilysys or similar hospitality software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Understanding of networking concepts, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and Active Directory.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and PowerShell, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
