We are seeking a talented and proactive DevOps/System Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in DevOps practices and system administration, with a focus on implementing automated solutions to streamline our development and deployment processes.

What your day will look like

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and testing processes.
Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Manage and monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Work closely with development teams to optimize applications for deployment and performance.
Ensure security best practices are implemented across systems and infrastructure.
Create and maintain documentation related to infrastructure, configurations, and processes.

What you need to fulfill the role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or similar role.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their orchestration.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
