• Contribute to the Thinkproject Sustainability strategy through the identification, understanding and management of environmental, social and governance impacts.
• Lead, coordinate and optimize global ESG data collection in collaboration with a diverse of business areas (marketing, people, compliance, etc.) and countries. Ensure data quality and consistency at global and country level.
• Monitor, analyse, and generate quarterly and yearly ESG data dashboards, KPIs and reports including Thinkproject annual report, corporate carbon footprint, investors report, and UN Communication on Progress.
• Develop digital solutions and tools to measure ESG impacts and performance in our daily operations, such as supply chain management, decarbonization strategy or social and volunteering activities.
• Interpret, analyse, and generate data visualisations and performance to identify areas for improvement, support decision making or achieving sustainability strategy targets.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of applicable regulatory requirements with external expertise support in line with The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in the company.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• University degree in business, computer engineering, sustainability-related, data science or a relevant field.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and other relevant software.
• Experience of working with large datasets and the ability to synthesize and interpret data.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and methodologies such as the GHG Protocol, Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainable Development Goals, and non-financial reporting, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating positive impact and integrating sustainability into the business context.
