We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive Team Lead (m/f/d) to lead our sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry and the Saudi Arabian market.

What your day will look like

  • Team Leadership and Management by leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives in KSA and UAE, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets and professional development goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Saudi Arabia, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify key market opportunities, customer segments, and target accounts, and develop tailored sales strategies to penetrate and win new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing and prospective customer organizations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account planning sessions to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives and drive value from our products and services.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Local Knowledge and Connection on the KSA market
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of construction processes, stakeholders, and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close complex sales opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and exceeding sales targets.
  • ·Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
