We are looking for an Audience Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team, to play a key role in defining and targeting the right audience segments for our digital advertising initiatives. You will conduct in-depth audience research, develop detailed audience personas, and implement targeted advertising strategies to reach and engage our target audience effectively. Your expertise in audience segmentation and targeting will be critical in maximizing the impact and ROI of our advertising campaigns and directly support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audience research to understand demographics, interests, and behaviors of target audience segments
• Develop detailed audience personas based on research findings, incorporating insights into campaign targeting parameters
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Creation and the Customer Marketing team, to align audience targeting strategies with overall business objectives
• Build 1st Party Data into our media audiences for retargeting, building look-alike and predictive audiences that expand our growth
• Set up targeting strategies for digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn Advertising Google platform, and Email Outreach
• Continuously optimize campaign targeting based on real-time performance data and audience insights, collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager
• Write messaging and ad content for specific audience segments (AI prompting), ensuring relevance and resonance
• Monitor audience engagement metrics and adjust targeting strategies as needed to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in audience targeting and segmentation
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting audience trends, interests, performance metrics, and recommendations for ad optimization as well as informing content creation

• Proven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and digital advertising campaign management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platform
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies
• Certification in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus
