Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. The Services Enablement Specialist is responsible for the designing and implementing enablement plans and blended learning strategies to develop Services employees and partners on the Thinkproject Solutions. Coordinate with subject matter experts, the Content and Learning Centres to maintain a create a cohesive link between all information channels.

What your day will look like

  • Create, monitor, assign and update internal competency matrix and ensure fit of assigned experts.
  • Create learning paths for the enablement of Services employees and partners for support, and delivery of solutions.
  • Regularly interact with product and service experts to optimise internal and external enablement content.
  • Coordination with technical writers in the team to stay compliant with standards, processes and for the maintenance of content.
  • Designing and standardise learning paths for solutions/competencies within the organisation.
  • Create, assign and monitor targeted communication to internal and external stakeholders about product news, release and features.
  • Contact person and interface for all departments as communicator for solution updates and their knowledge distribution in the target groups.
  • Assist and support train-the-trainer programmes in collaboration with People and Culture.
  • Supporting and consulting services trainers for optimised training performance.
