The Project Manager (m/f/d) coordinates the implementation of the Thinkproject business solution and/or coordinates the managed operations of the Thinkproject business solution, by managing timelines, risks, tracking revenues and costs, coordination and prioritization of tasks and manage and inform all stakeholders during the implementation.

• Manage a project from initiation to closure and handover to function by implementing established PM methodologies
• Responsible for projects progress, controlling, documentation, stakeholder management, change and risk management and successful project completion
• Coordinate project teams and resources, and define project scope and objectives
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plan, project charter, budget forecasts, project logs processes, controlling tools & mechanism
• If the Project is part of a Programme (or Portfolio): Adhere to the Programme Governance and report to the Project Director.
  If it is an individual Project: Report to a Project Sponsor
• Communicate regular with all (internal TP and external Client) project stakeholders on progress, problems, exceptions and risks
• Tracking the resources and costs of external project partners
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery of milestones and final products

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience, out of which at least 5 years as Project Manager/ Lead having managed and led projects and teams individually.
• Experience with software implementation projects
• Project Manager certificate, one of the below certificates
• PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate
• PMI Certificate
• SCRUM Master
• Fluent German and English language skills
