Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). What your day will look like

In this role you will be a key contributor to our sales operation in our global organization. The incentive compensation program is essential in attracting and retaining key talent to our sales teams. In a competitive environment, compensation schemes are an essential component of a well-run organization. As such we strive to design programs that are effective and sized appropriately to the needs of the business.
Here is an outline of key elements of this role:
  • Actively drive the successful implementation and management of a well-designed incentive system
  • Support regular reviews of the entire scheme, incorporating sales performance analysis, cost appraisal and evolving needs of the business
  • Responsible for calculations and analysis of the commission scheme performance, ensuring the integrity of commissions payments
  • Maintaining the commission tool to ensure all payees and plan details are correct and made in time
  • You play a significant role in the day-to-day effectiveness of the scheme and handle commission queries and processing governance for sales and support functions
  • Accuracy improvement and boost content of Sales headcount, assignment movement, leavers, and starters report
  • Calculate, evaluate, and submit monthly/quarterly commission payments
  • Monthly analysis for Management and Investor review
  • Submit to payrolls to determine regular compensation plans
  • Responsible to improve scheme performance and processes, high earners, and exception payments

What you need to fulfill the role

  • 5 years of experience in an Incentive Compensation or similar role for Sales
  • Work experience in a Software-as-a-Service environment
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Hands-on and data driven mentality
  • Fluent English language skills
