Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like

Responsibilities:
  • Creation and extension of customised report templates in Excel
  • Creation and extension of customised PDF report templates in the Thinkproject template editor
  • Troubleshooting in report templates
  • Point of contact for the customers to help troubleshooting, answering questions and help resolve technical issues
  • Become knowledgeable in the application and operation of Thinkproject products
  • Provide support to Thinkprojects users by telephone, support ticket and any other means
  • Identify and remedy queries quickly and accurately

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Understanding of web-based technologies
  • Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
  • Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a support role is a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
