We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic People & Culture team. In close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will recruit the best talents for various areas in our company, with a strong focus on our Sales department.

What your day will look like

  • Recruitment …
From the briefing call with the Hiring Manager to the formal offer being made, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for roles in the Services department. Your territory includes Germany, France, UK and Romania. You take over and lead the active sourcing and evaluate the candidate and guide the Hiring manager through the process.
  • … with a long-term tactic
Beyond the direct approach, you will develop long-term recruiting channels and ensure that we take the right measures in HR marketing (e.g. University fairs).
  • Candidate Experience
You ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. You will constantly inform candidates about the up-to-date status of the process, and act as the reliable person to contact in case of questions.
  • Actors of your day
You work closely with your stakeholders (Technical, support, marketing…) and keep them informed about the latest up to date milestones in your recruiting area

What you need to fulfill the role

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic start-up or medium-sized company in the tech industry.
    Proven success in the direct approach / active sourcing of candidates (m/f/d) for various positions in an international environment
    Relevant professional experience in the use of Application Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruiting tools
    Digital mindset and enthusiasm for communicating on social media about technologies and trends
    You enjoy teamwork and like to bring in new ideas
    Very good written and spoken English skills. French would be a great plus!
