We are looking an Account Executive (m/f/d) for the New Zealand market (Auckland), who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

What your day will look like ?
You are a result oriented persons, keen on keeping your eyes on your KPIs - Sales targets / Relationship growth / Reporting with our tools. You are the closer, generating revenue and building long-term customer relationships in existing and new accounts:
You will
•Develop and execute sales strategies for your assigned territory in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and our global goals.
•Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory by identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and successfully closing deals with both existing clients and prospective customers.
•Effectively communicate Thinkproject's value proposition; including concise elevator pitches, strategic overviews, and interactive workshops, ensuring that the message resonates with the target audience and reaches the appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate management and maintenance of customer and account information within our CRM and other internal systems to support data integrity and greater visibility.
• Collaborate effectively with our internal presales, professional services, support teams, marketing and development to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

You are 3 to 5 years experienced person in SAAS Sales solutions or similar with a consulting background around Construction or Infrastructure.

You have
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating complex deals to success close.
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Relevant experience proving an understanding of industry customer pain points or selling software vendor solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • You are a result-oriented person
  • Your English and communication style is exceptional
Salary package is a 50/50 Split basis (Variable is uncapped), come and discuss your expectations.

Recruitment process
After a discussion with HR/Recruitment, you will meet your future manager, then you will agree on a case study and present this to your future team. When successful you will meet the Head of Sales.
