For the DACH* market, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

Whether you’re a seasoned expert or a rising star, this is your moment to thrive, succeed, and lead the way. This sales team is working on long sales cycle, so join if you are a result oriented person with a appetite sense of farming and taking care of clients.

What your day will look like

> Achieve revenue targets on your territory (existing clients) by contacting clients, you manage the sales cycle and close it.
> Working close with Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical / commercial proposals
> Proactively managing and developing (nurturing) existing customers
> Work alongside the marketing team in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives

What you need to fulfil the role
> Outgoing, you are outcome driven and results oriented, have a high energy and drive, you are hungry to deliver results and have a hunter mentality.
> You are persuasive (You know how to sell and have high networking and negotiation skills)
> You should have a 'can do attitude' and be able to run autonomous and to step out of your comfort zone
> Working customer focused, constantly following up and motivating clients with a positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude, prepared to travel
> You are fluent in German and good in English (German is your daily language and English will help you grow in the company). Both languages are compulsory to have.
> Construction background is not mandatory, but it is an obvious plus
> You have At least 5 years of sales experience for SAAS Solutions !

Recruitment process
After a discussion with HR/Recruitment in English, you will meet your future manager, then you will argue around a case study with your future team.
When successful you will meet the Head of Sales.
We are targeting a fast recruitment process (from 2 to 3 weeks max).
