Lead Renewal team (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Lead Renewal team (f/m/d) in Bucharest

Your role is global and will support different european markets - France, Germany, Spain.
You will lead a team of 4 renewal specialists.

You will :

• Lead and industrialize renewal processes to handle large volumes efficiently across the team.
• Drive 100% renewal coverage and ensure process compliance at scale.
• Scale Thinkproject for the future by establishing repeatable, efficient, and continuously improved renewal practices.
• Act as the main point of escalation for renewal-related challenges
• Lead and manage a team
• Ensure the engagement of the customers
• Ensure the relationships between your team and the other departments - mainly finance and legal

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10 years Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success.
• 3 years of proven team management in the Renewal area
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities (handling high-volume renewals).
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or another CRM) is a strong plus
• You speak fluent English, another language - French, SPanish, German - is a plus
