What your day will look like
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for branding, print, and digital design. You will play a central role in shaping and bringing the Thinkproject brand to life, working across all areas of the business including sales, marketing, employee branding, and events.
Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Design & Creative, you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver compelling, on-brand creative assets that inspire and engage.
Core Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality designs across multiple formats, including print collateral, digital assets, social media, infographics, presentations, and web visuals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure visual identity is applied consistently across all deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, communications, and digital teams to transform briefs into effective, creative design solutions.
Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas and design insights to creative campaigns and branding initiatives.
Print & Production: Prepare artwork for print, liaise with external suppliers, and ensure the highest production quality.
Innovation: Explore and integrate AI generative design tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.
Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to fulfill the role
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a creative thinker and strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and execution across print and digital media.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Experience with After Effects, Figma, Miro, Canva (bonus).
Animation or motion graphics experience (desirable).
Understanding of web design principles (advantageous).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Skills & Competencies
Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple projects.
Ability to question briefs, challenge assumptions, and solve design problems creatively.
Clear communicator with confidence to present design concepts to stakeholders.
Flexible, curious, and eager to learn - open to experimenting with new tools and trends.
