Motion Graphics Designer & Video Creator (f/m/d)

We are headquartered in Munich and operate in 11 countries with 15 offices worldwide. As part of our growth, we are building our in-house creative team and are now seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer & Video Producer to join us in Bucharest.

The Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Producer with proven expertise in animation, video production, and post-production. This hybrid role combines motion design with video storytelling - from concept through to final delivery.

You will produce a wide range of video and animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, brand storytelling, social media, events, and internal communications.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Design & Creative, you will work closely with international teams to create visually engaging, high-impact content that brings the Thinkproject brand to life.

Core Responsibilities

· Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate engaging 2D/3D motion graphics for use across digital, events, and campaigns.

· Video Production: Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, product launches, thought leadership, and events.

· Post-Production: Edit footage, add motion graphics, sound design, music, subtitles, and effects to deliver polished video assets.

· Creative Direction: Contribute to storytelling concepts and propose fresh, creative ways to elevate brand content.

· Brand Storytelling: Translate complex messages into engaging, audience-friendly narratives through animation and video.

· Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, communications, and sales teams to understand briefs and deliver impactful visual solutions.

· Production Management: Manage shoots (in-house and external), coordinate with suppliers, and ensure quality standards across all deliverables.

· Innovation: Explore AI generative tools and emerging video/motion technologies to improve speed, creativity, and delivery.

· Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

About You

You’re a storyteller at heart, combining strong motion graphics skills with the ability to produce compelling video content end-to-end.

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree in Motion Graphics, Film/Video Production, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).

· Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and/or Video Producer in an agency, production house, or in-house creative team.

· Strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating motion design, video production, and editing expertise.

· Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

· An understanding of AI Generative platforms that might be relevant to creative delivery is a bonus.

· Experience with Cinematography & Shooting Techniques (camera operation, lighting, sound).

· Familiarity with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

· Experience in sound editing and color grading (advantageous).

· Fluency in English (spoken and written).
