What your day will look like
Mission
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative e-Learning Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in helping our organisation provide high-quality education and training to our audiences, ensuring that learners are engaged and able to achieve their learning objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to leverage various technologies to create effective and interactive e-learning content.
The e-Learning Expert will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials meet the educational goals and standards of our organisation.

Main responsibilities
Needs Analysis & Concept Design: Gather input from internal departments and SMEs to design effective, data-driven training programmes and courses.
Instructional Design: Develop engaging e-learning content using proven methodologies and AI-supported tools to enhance personalisation and efficiency.
Assessment & Evaluation: Create assessments to measure learning outcomes and leverage AI-driven insights to improve training effectiveness.
Content Optimisation: Continuously review and update course materials, utilising AI where appropriate to enhance quality and relevance.
LMS Management: Administer and maintain the LMS (eFront), including users, content, system updates, and AI- enabled features where applicable.
Learning Experience Enhancement: Monitor and optimise delivery strategies, using data and AI to support a sustainable and effective learning environment.
Project Ownership: Lead smaller international e-learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Process Digitalisation: Drive digitalisation and optimisation of learning processes, incorporating AI solutions to increase scalability and efficiency.
What you need to fulfill the role
Experience (technical / leadership)
- Professional Background – 5+ years in adult education, instructional design, or a related field
- Authoring Tools – Experience with Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools
- AI & Digital Tools – Practical experience with AI-supported tools for content creation, personalisation, or learning analytics
- Multimedia Skills – Proficiency in image, audio, and video editing tools
- LMS Expertise – Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Communication & Quality – Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Collaboration – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Functional expertise or method expertise
Language Skills – Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
Problem Solving – Ability to resolve technical challenges independently or collaboratively
AI Mindset – Openness to exploring and applying AI solutions to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency
Team Spirit – Positive attitude and strong team orientation
