We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across the business, with a particular focus on GTM recruitment.

• Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle

From the initial intake meeting with Hiring Managers through to offer stage, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales roles across our international markets.

Your scope will span multiple regions, including Germany, the UK, France, Romania, and New Zealand.

You will proactively source top talent, assess candidates, and act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers throughout the hiring journey.

• Build Talent for the Future

Beyond filling open roles, you will create and nurture long-term talent pipelines, ensuring we have access to the skills and expertise needed for future growth.

You will also support employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships, career fairs, and targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.

• Deliver an Outstanding Candidate Experience

You will ensure every candidate enjoys a transparent, engaging, and positive recruitment journey. As their main point of contact, you will provide timely communication, guidance, and support throughout the process.

• Be a Trusted Business Partner

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Presales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other business functions, providing market insights, recruitment updates, and strategic hiring recommendations that help drive business success.

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced technology company, scale-up, or mid-sized organisation.
• A proven track record of direct sourcing and building strong talent pipelines across international markets.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing and recruitment tools.
• A proactive, sales-oriented mindset—you know how to identify, engage, and nurture top talent in competitive markets.
• A digital-first approach, with enthusiasm for leveraging social media and innovative recruiting methods to attract candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to bring fresh ideas and continuous improvement to the recruitment process.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
