Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate financial, and process operational and related research to support strategic and business planning of all implementation orders.
  • Actively participate in efforts to improve processing efficiency, corporate profitability, customer experiences and retention.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making reports.
  • Lead the development of exception reporting that highlights actionable information to drive business success aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using existing and self-developed operational metrics and reports.
  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations, including the financial and operational impact of any changes
  • Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • Translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; and recommending modifications to practices or automation tools.
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures, and updating documentation.
  • Monitor project progress of orders managed by the Client Implementations Department by tracking activities; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; and recommending actions.
  • Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and presentation materials
  • On an ongoing basis, audit the web-based Client Implementation Work Instructions for procedures, products, and general reference information for the department to find gaps in documentation and work with team members and subject matter experts to develop and publish new and corrected content and keep the work instructions up to date.
  • Train others to generate reports and use analytical tools.
  • Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Two Years of hands-on experience with business process reporting and data analysis.
  • Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, SQL or Access experience strongly preferred
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and with others
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
