Overview

We are searching for a “Vibe Specialist” to join our HR team. Someone who can read the room, know what it needs and act. You are comfortable taking the lead or offering support, all the while, serving as cross-functional partner across all TierPoint departments. This role consists of enabling effective HR communications across the business as well as facilitating multiple employee programs and assisting in employee relations as needed. Our ideal candidate is comfortable moving initiatives from conception to implementation, crossing off their to-do lists and supporting some administrative tasks.

Our Employee Experience Business Partner will play a pivotal role in influencing the TierPoint team’s collaboration and accessibility to the HR team. This role will help us shape, enhance and deliver a meaningful and engaging workplace experience for both onsite and remote employees across our organization. This role blends creativity, task & detail orientation, and multi-tasking organization to facilitate programs that strengthen culture, improve engagement, and elevate the overall employee journey.

You’ll be an intentional heartbeat of our employee experience: crafting compelling messages, designing moments that matter, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for. From communications and recognition to engagement programs and culture campaigns, your support will result in every employee feeling informed, inspired, and that they belong on our team.
