📌Your mission in the Human Resources team:


As part of our HR Team, you’ll help to create, manage and continuously improve our people processes, with a special focus on learning, talent development and culture. This role will design and implement solutions to strengthen our pipeline and attract and retain a high-performing workforce. This includes embedding accountability at all levels of management and ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture aligned with our company values.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the design and implementation of global talent management, which includes learning, development, performance management, onboarding, and talent planning to ensure employees are set up successfully from day one and throughout their employee experience

  • Create and implement Manage the design and implementation to shape a diverse and inclusive culture, including company values, employee engagement, DEI and employee events/activities

  • Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools to positively influence talent and leadership initiatives and organizational transformations

  • Research, assess, recommend, and evaluate talent management and leadership development solutions for achieving optimum employee and organizational performance

  • Support the delivery of employee experience, engagement and pulse surveys, analyzing data and themes, recommending actions, facilitating debriefs and driving practical steps that enable impactful change

  • Provide strategic direction and implementation guidance for embedding inclusion, diversity and cultural awareness and accountability into all programs and activities in the talent lifecycle

  • Strengthen OKR, performance management and career growth planning capabilities throughout the organization

  • Contribute to increasing organizational excellence aligned with company values through innovative programming throughout the talent lifecycle

  • Organize and lead a global culture calendar and align local culture collectives around strong programming and employee events

  • Support our workplace approach and provide and develop tools and resources to optimize the success of our hybrid model.

  • Identify, develop, and manage toward a set of KPIs to measure efficacy of talent management and leadership development strategies and processes; use data to drive continuous improvement of programs and processes

  • Manage and execute the learning strategy, including creating and managing content for our on-demand learning library and a comprehensive learning calendar for professional development and people manager capability building

  • Design learnings for professional development and people managers, execute their implementation, including communication and promotion to the organization, and deliver the learnings directly, as well as in partnership with external vendors from time to time.

  • Manage and develop our internal HR intranet (SharePoint) as an effective and utilized resource for employees.

🔍 Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business discipline required, master's degree preferred.

  • 6+ years of HR experience, with some experience in Talent Management and Organization Development

  • Experience working in both large, established organizations and a fast paced, smaller or tech based organization

  • Flexible and agile in partnering with the business to design and develop talent and/or learning programs reflecting the different needs across different teams

  • Excellent interpersonal, influence and negotiation skills

  • Ability and passion in building versus maintaining with an ability to roll up sleeves, (hands on work style) and be a team player

  • Effectively manages change and shifting gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance

  • Ability to be an effective internal consultant, relationship builder, problem solver and team player

  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Ability to deliver on a global scale with an appreciation for the specific needs of distinct locations and deliver on these only where it is most effective, whilst maintaining a global approach.
