Warehouse Specialist

Schaumburg, IL

TouchTunes seeks a Warehouse Specialist to perform general warehouse functions, including incoming inspection, technical assistance to the Quality Control Engineer, and various data entry tasks. This is a “hands-on” position requiring excellent communication and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order picking/packing, receiving and put-away
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Keeping a clean and safe working environment
• Testing incoming parts, jukeboxes and customer returns
• Data entry when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of proven warehouse experience as a warehouse worker and quality assurance
• 1+ years of data entry experience

Required Skills/Competencies :

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to or over 80 lbs and to push/pull up to 1,000 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (8 hour shift, with 30 minute lunch break)
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to perform fine motor skills, including typing
• Visual acuity in order to work on a computer and visually inspect product
• Basic math skills, including the ability to use a calculator
• Ability to follow process flows
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems, including FedEx/UPS systems knowledge PREFERRED
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods PREFERRED
• Forklift experience, preferably with stand-up/sit-down forklifts PREFERRED
• Prior experience with ERP systems such as Oracle PREFERRED
