Platform Manager - Development

TouchTunes is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate individual to lead our DevOps and Backend Technology Evolution team members and act as a catalyst for creativity, leadership, and execution. 

📌Your mission in the platform team:  The Platform Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 2 teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background, strong DevOps knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

📌Your daily activities:   

• Lead, grow, mentor, and support your team.  
• Have regular 1:1 meetings with your direct reports to ensure they stay happy and motivated.  
• Provide proper learning paths and training to make sure they evolve in their career.  
• Work closely with teams to define your roadmaps and goals and make sure it’s aligned with business priorities.  
• Work closely with Director of Platform and teams to set quarterly objectives and goals based on corporate priorities. 
• Ensure that the team members are constantly evolving by fostering an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability.  
• Refining and improving the work processes to ensure best practices alignment. 

🔍 Your profile: 

•  4+ years of experience in a leadership role or leadership functions with a development team
• A few years of top-notch programming, training and experience under your belt  
• Comfortable with both Rest API concepts and technologies and cloud computing.  
• Good understanding of DevOps and software design patterns for clean, consistent, simple and efficient code  
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and a passion for quality and attention to detail
