Associate Manager, NetSuite

Location: Schaumburg (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)

Your mission in the Business Systems team:

We are migrating from Oracle EBS to NetSuite, so you’ll have a key role in that effort with our implementation partner. As our Associate Manager, NetSuite, you’ll supervise a team of experienced professionals while migrating to the new system and delivering best fit solutions to our business. Your day-to-day:
As a subject matter expert in all things NetSuite, you’ll be responsible for ERP projects and providing expert guidance to our business users. Short-term you’ll work with our partner to coordinate UAT, go live planning, readiness and once on NetSuite be accountable for delivering solutions from scoping to post-implementation. You’ll develop a strong working relationship with our internal and external business partners, always looking for ways to extend the use of NetSuite across our organization. You’ll mentor and build out your team’s knowledge on NetSuite and help promote Business Systems’ work in general.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the project manager for NetSuite post go-live implementation, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, execution, and change management.
• Design and develop system enhancements, troubleshoot, and provide continuous improvement solutions to support our business users and ensure organizational goals are met.
• Oversee the roadmap and delivery of ongoing NetSuite enhancements – prioritizing business needs, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, including encouraging areas of growth and improvement within the team.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective use and expansion of NetSuite across the business.

Your profile:

• 4+ years' experience in managing and developing NetSuite implementation projects.
• Certified in NetSuite (SuiteCloud, Administrator, SuiteScript, etc.).
• Functional in multiple NetSuite modules and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any other training combined with relevant working experience.
• Well-versed in NetSuite’s processes and leading practices for Operations, Finance and Sales functions.
• Experienced on root cause analysis, solution development, and facilitation of decision making.
• Comfortable in managing communications, business expectations, and teams.
• Organized with strong time management practices.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work with others contributing to a positive work environment.
