Your mission in the Finance team:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our global finance team with a strategic focus on international business, manufacturing, operational performance and digital business transformation. This role is designed for a professional who goes beyond traditional accounting tasks to become a true business partner, helping the organization understand and optimize financial performance across the company.
Your day-to-day:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Contribute to the month-end closing process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactions affecting financial results and validate inputs.
- Assist with research for accounting treatments for new and complex transactions.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Drive performance insights: Go beyond reporting to interpret trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate globally: Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to support decision-making and enhance transparency.

Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Communication: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
