Darts Representative

Job Purpose:
TouchTunes is adding a Dart Representative role in the Midwestern Region, focusing on providing in-field consultative services to operators and distributors for all things darts. This role has a focus on increasing sales of products and services while developing and building strong relationships with existing customers. Dart Representatives are the primary point of contact for growing dart leagues, tournaments, and showcasing TouchTunes' Bullshooter app and other growth features.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product knowledge and training to better equip customer and operators to maximize capabilities of our products and services.
- Provide guidance and assistance to operators throughout the location installation process, as per their specific directives.
- Collaborate closely and provide support to internal teammates to drive promotions and sales of dart boards.
- Assist in optimizing the cross-selling potential of TouchTunes' comprehensive range of products and services.
- Visit existing and future customers with and without your counterparts in support of dart sales.
- Establish and support league play and assist at tournaments.
- Educate current and prospective clients on new features offered by TouchTunes to maximize capabilities of Dart Boards and sales potential.
- Become proficient in all areas of selling process, including, and not limited to:
- Forecasting/Planning
- Product Specifications
- Location demonstration and presentation
- Closing potential operators on becoming TouchTunes partners.
- Work with the sales management team to develop programs, as assigned, that will allow the company maximum market penetration.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate the training of our new partners and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Report, in a timely manner, the results of your daily/weekly activities and sales forecast, and your plans for the month.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of managing a multi-state territory with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling and managing marketing processes.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Consultative “selling” approach, negotiation and closing skills; effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain work relationships.
Effective in spoken/written communications, including superior presentation skills with the ability to prepare & present complex sales presentations that translate product concepts into business value to the customer.
- Ability to identify and solve customer problems.
- Self-management skills (set own priorities, plan/organize work, time management, follow through discipline, product results).
- Creative ability to generate ideas/concepts to increase sales.
- Microsoft Office experience, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction.
- Knowledge of the Coin-Op Industry is a bonus
Special Position Requirements:
- Extensive travel required
- Must be available to travel two or three weeks each month, including weekend travel when necessary (expect that travel would be between 50-70%)
- Driving up to 4/6 hours may be necessary in situations when air transportation isn't available or convenient
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Some heavy lifting may be required
Preferences:
- Social media proficiency and Salesforce.com knowledge highly preferred.
- College degree or related College level courses.
Work Requirements:
- Must be able to walk/stand/squat/climb/push/pull/bend/lift up to 60 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to drive a company-provided automobile, if provided, for extended periods of time (visual acuity, peripheral vision, and depth perception)

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
