Warehouse Specialist

Location: Schaumburg

Your mission on the Warehouse team:

At TouchTunes, we're passionate about creating unforgettable entertainment experiences. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

In this role, you'll support shipping, receiving, inventory management, quality inspections, and product testing while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is eager to learn and grow.

Your day-to-day:

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive products
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect and test incoming parts, jukeboxes, and customer returns
• Identify and report product quality issues
• Maintain inventory records and perform data entry
• Support warehouse organization and process improvements
• Utilize ERP, FedEx, UPS, and other warehouse systems

Your profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of warehouse experience (including quality inspection or similar exposure)
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• Forklift experience (preferred or required depending on your needs)
