National Accounts Technical Services Specialist

Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

The National Accounts Technical Services Specialist is responsible for pro-actively monitoring the technical health of the National Account fleet as well as other strategic opportunities.

Day to Day:

• Create/improve on processes to provide the best-in-class customer experience to National Accounts
• Create / Monitor / Act on reports for National Accounts
  • Program software updates for Jukeboxes
  • Monitor key settings like filters, playlists, background music schedules
• Program National Account dashboard settings for jukeboxes and for master hard drives
  • Music playlist contents
  • Schedules – background, local playlists, etc.
• Investigate escalated technical issues from techline, direct from operators, management firm, customer, or other TouchTunes departments
• Support jukebox rollouts to the field
  • Monitor rollout progress
  • Follow-up on issues during rollout
• Assist in the launching of other strategic initiatives like TouchTunes Unlimited
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed for NA customers and NA sales team
• Work with Database team as needed for more complex reporting needs
• Test Equipment for shows or pilot programs as needed.
• Conduct virtual site surveys for TouchTunes Unlimited
• Create scope of work documents for TouchTunes Unlimited
• Coordinate with 3rd party A/V companies for larger TouchTunes Unlimited sound installations

Your Profile:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a technical role with customer service focus
• Broad experience with PC and operating systems and software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Wireless networking/WiFi knowledge preferred
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Analtical and strategic self starter with good communication skills
• Highly organized and results focused
• Highly skilled in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access user
• Basic understanding of Linux Operating system a plus
