Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our sales and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Salesforce architecture, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize and enhance our Salesforce environment.
· Design, configure, and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's specific business requirements.
· Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other Salesforce functionalities.
· Manage user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate roles, profiles, and sharing rules are in place.
· Provide training and support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
· Collaborate with the development team to design and implement integrations with other systems.
· Perform data migrations and ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and other applications.
· Utilize automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to automate business processes.
· Create and manage workflow rules to streamline sales and operational processes.
· Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
· Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations by implementing security best practices.
· Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage the latest capabilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand business needs and align Salesforce solutions.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
· Provide training and documentation to end-users and support teams.

Required Experience
Qualifications
· Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of computer science
· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator or equivalent is a plus).
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce tools such as DataLoader and Inspector
