Sr. IT Business Applications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IT Business Applications
• Manage end users issues and education requests
• Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
• Identify usage problems and craft functional (for end users) and technical communication plans to remedy issues
• Review, Establish and Maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
• Work with management in analyzing problems, providing solutions, or recommending corrective action and implementing solutions
• Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex functionality
• Work with internal key-stakeholders to take advantage of all that offers

Other Responsibilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide
  training and one on one support end users
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to multitask with multiple projects and helpdesk requests.
• Experience with extensive data cleansing projects in the past

• Large implementations with over 400+ users in a global environment is a plus
• BS/BA required or equivalent experience

• 4-6 years of experience functioning as an administrator/developer
