The Tungsten Automation Alliances and Channels team is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to join our team of technical and product experts, serving as strategic advisors and platform experts to our partner community. In this role you will help build prototypes and demos to highlight various innovative and strategic Product and Industry Use Cases. You will also provide architecture and technical guidance to our partners as they build and expand their solutions using the latest and greatest technologies available on the Tungsten Automation platform. In the role of a Partner Solutions Architect, you will also assist with evangelizing the Tungsten Automation platform and its capabilities at various marketing events (e.g., Customer Summits, Webinars, Blogs).

Key Responsibilities

· Become a highly certified and recognized Tungsten Automation TotalAgility and Platform expert

· Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners building, enterprise-quality solutions on the TotalAgility platform

· Showcase Tungsten Automation Platform features by developing prototypes and demos that highlight high-value Use Cases

· Participate in the recruitment of strategic partners to build solutions for the Tungsten Automation Marketplace

· Facilitate architectural and design discussions with partners to ensure technical success with Tungsten Automation products and other 3rd-Party technologies

· Fully understand and clearly articulate the unique benefits of the Tungsten Automation Platform to a wide range of stakeholders

· Contribute to the Use Cases and design of Tungsten Automation product solutions made available on other marketplaces such as Salesforce and Microsoft.

Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, sharing partner feedback to help craft the product


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience; (Certificate for systems engineer (CSE) or MS, or MBA degree a plus)
  • 8-10 years’ experience building and architecting solutions with one or more enterprise software platforms such as: Kofax, AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Java.
  • Knowledge of popular open-source front-end java libraries for building user interfaces
  • Ability to understand business & product requirements, translate those needs into a product solution vision
  • Ability to think strategically and advise partners on architecture options and best practices
  • Passionate about experimenting with the latest Tungsten Automation platform, Salesforce, and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience explaining complex topics clearly and concisely, and effective at providing practical guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Ability to thrive and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market that will define the future of work
  • Good at working through challenges, searching out information, experimenting, and problem solving
  • Comfortable with a high degree or ambiguity at times
  • Advanced Certification in Tungsten Automation TotalAgility is a big plus
  • Sales engineering, or Solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization is a plus

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $103,000 - $186,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
