Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination of RFX activity across the pre- and post-sale process, including the administration, adoption, and ongoing utility of the RFX management software.

  • Be the organizational champion of Tungsten Automation's cross-functional approach to RFX responses to drive faster, higher quality responses for our pre- and post-sale customers to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Drive the successful adoption and implementation of Tungsten Automation's RFX management software
  • Create training materials and deliver trainings on Tungsten Automation's RFX processes and tools to key stakeholder groups
  • Build and maintain the RFX response library and establish ongoing content audits to optimize content and identify new content that may be needed
  • Collaborate with each function across Tungsten Automation to update and expand the RFX response library so that it is accurate, comprehensive, and useful in driving RFX responses
  • Coordinate and monitor the cross-functional process for completing RFX’s, from RFX initiation to customer delivery, to ensure customer responses are prepared in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Own the creation of RFX responses (RFI, RFP, Compliance, and InfoSec questionnaires), including authoring the response, validating its accuracy with functional owners, and submitting it to the customer on-time
  • Define, analyze, and report RFX metrics and performance trends to Tungsten Automation leadership on recurring basis
  • Be the administrator of Tungsten Automation's RFX management software

Required Experience

Understanding of RFX response processes, RFP writing experience, ability to thrive in a competitive environment, executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking and ability clearly and effectively articulate complex topics in easy-to-understand terms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business Administration or other related field
  • RFP and InfoSec questionnaire writing experience in a technical format (preferably a software company), including experience with Privacy related topics such as GDPR
  • Experience using and/or administrating an RFP management software
  • Experience creating customer facing materials
  • Exceptional project management, team building, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to own deliverables
  • Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
