As the Product Strategy Business Analyst, you will report to the Director, Country Compliance in Product Strategy, and support all major Country Compliance initiatives within the Product Strategy organization. With this role, you will demonstrate that you are detail oriented and understand the regulatory requirements to support the Director of Country Compliance in Product Strategy as they develop the Country Compliance product vision and align this to the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document e-invoicing requirements and processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with compliance standards.
- Bring together internal data and metrics, competitive intelligence, and understanding of customer needs to develop both short- and long-term winning strategies
- Support the short-term and long-term planning process for the team and be a trusted critical advisor to stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and execution
- Support ad-hoc leadership requests for analysis, coordination, and stakeholder alignment
- Support ad-hoc customer requests for analysis needed to support advice and issue resolution
- Perform data analysis to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of invoice data, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ability to set clear timeline expectations with external resources, such as partners, whom provide key market information and data to ensure these data points can be used in any market analysis provided to the Product Strategy leadership team.
- General market knowledge and understanding of or curiosity for how marco-economic drivers and country-specific circumstances create opportunities for Tungsten Automation

Required Experience
- 2-4 years of proven experience in at least one of the following: management consulting, business / product / strategy operations, product strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or similar.
- The successful candidate will possess a commanding knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication, presentation, and visualization skills
- Comfort working directly with senior leaders on tight timetables
- Willingness to manage tough feedback and iteration in getting to the right answer
- Understanding of analytics and bringing insights to life
- Preferred paralegal experience
