Team Lead, Order Fulfillment & Licensing

Job Purpose: Responsible for the coordination of order fulfillment & licensing/contract management

• Team coordination of daily business
• Responsible for a fast and unproblematic handling of the software order process at Tungsten
• Creation of customer orders in the ERP system
• Creation of documentation from order confirmation to delivery
• Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility, payment also)
• Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities
• Contract & license management
• License issue handling
• Sales requests handling
• RMA handling
• Interface to manufacturing in terms of fulfilling the day to day business
• Documentation of processes and storage processes

• Understanding for software licensing models and contract management
• Capacity for team work, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and readiness of mind
• Structured work
• Customer centered thinking
• Microsoft AX system knowledge or knowledge of a similar ERP system
• Good MS-Office-knowledge

• Team lead/management experience
• Commercial education and knowledge
• Experience in administrative work (sales administration)
• Good English communication skills (minimum requirement CAE), additional languages of advantage
