About the Role

The NetSuite Administrator will play a critical role in the execution of the Tungsten Automation NetSuite roadmap, along with identification of opportunities for business process improvement. As a Business Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the system including user provisioning, troubleshooting, customization, reporting and similar. You will partner closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and crossfunctional business teams to translate complex requirements into streamlined system configurations that support a fastmoving software company. You will perform research and analysis on trends, patterns, and processes, as well as make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to learn and work directly with best-in-breed enterprise applications and stakeholders in a global organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, customize, and maintain: NetSuite modules, fields, forms, records, workflows, roles, dashboards, and standardize the process that governs these changes.
  • Develop and optimize saved searches, reports, KPIs, and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long‑term solutions.
  • Manage sandbox refreshes, release previews, and system updates to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
  • Leverage NetSuite customer support and ACS resources to assist as needed.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering to understand business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and other SaaS platforms (CRM, billing, HRIS, data warehouse, etc.).
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for NetSuite‑related questions, enhancements, and technical guidance.
  • Maintain system security, role‑based access, and compliance with internal IT policies.
  • Provide NetSuite technical context to discussions related to business needs to ensure we are leveraging native system capabilities wherever possible
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits, cleanup initiatives, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Provide functional/technical training, documentation, and support to end users across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead small‑to‑medium‑sized NetSuite projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Dedicate time to learning and experimenting with NetSuite's native AI capabilities.

Required Skills

Required

  • Proficiency with various aspects of the NetSuite application including Advanced Revenue Management, Electronic Payment Files, Fixed Assets, Saved Searches, Reporting, SuiteFlow, Intercompany management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Record-to-Reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato).

Preferred

  • Experience in a SaaS or software‑driven environment.
  • Familiarity with subscription billing, revenue recognition.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0) or willingness to learn.
  • Background in IT, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering and configuring a NetSuite Oneworld instance in a multinational organization.
